Alexander Technique lessons Alexander Technique lessons at my home. If you are new to the Technique for best results a course of at least 30 lessons.
Counselling I have a Diploma of Counselling and have used this in a charity based setting. This was quite a while ago but as I would like to get my skills back up to speed I will offer my counselling services quite cheaply. Individual counselling, not couples or groups (at the moment). I use an eclectic approach: mainly client centred (Rogerian) with some Gestalt, NLP, psychosynthesis, transactional analysis, and other approaches according to the needs of the situation.
Energy Healings Indian head massage, hand reflexology, reiki & chakra balancing, healing, releasing unwanted spirit energies or entities from buildings and people, communicating with those passed on (providing they are willing). Edinburgh or North Berwick.
Facilitation sessions I am currently completing a facilitation course with Openhand and would like participants to practice with. A facilitation session generally involves an exploration of issues that you are dealing with in your life and empowering/supporting you to find your own truth around whatever challenges you might be experiencing. Indian Head Massage This is a clothed seated routine that works on the head and upper body. I can vary the routine to help you sleep or to give you more energy. It’s really great for treating stress or insomnia. 5 Reekies for 1 hour

Seated Shiatsu Massage I can offer Seated Shiatsu Massage here in my home, in workplaces and at events. I am a fully qualified seated Shiatsu practitioner and this is a very relaxing and rejuvenating treatment for help with back, shoulder and neck pain, stress, anxiety and many other issues. Also promotes an overall sense of increased wellbeing.
Sleep Counselling for children, young adults or adults with settling/sleep problems. Often these problems are caused by bad habits perhaps you got into during a time of stress, medical problems, shift work. Like all bad habits with work & time it can be broken. You will be given a 2 week sleep diary to fill in, answer a questionnaire & then a programme will be developed for you or your child to follow. It is not a quick fix and one size doesn't fit all. It may have to be tweaked. You will have to be willing to possibly make some changes but hopefully you will have a programme that will get you that good nights sleep. You may find that your problem is due to a medical problem that I am not qualified to fix & I will advise you attend your GP.
Tai Chi lessons One to one Tai Chi lessons at my home. Either as a regular course if you want to learn a particular form to practise on your own, or if you just want to move more loose come-and-practice-with-me sessions.
Therapy Massage - hand, face, Reiki, Swedish
Would you like to learn Indian Head Massage I am planning to organise a class to teach Indian head massage. After the course you would be able to offer Indian head massage to family and friends. The course would follow the same content as accredited courses and you would be provided with all the written material you needed. I would try to run the course as an on going event so people after the course could continue to come and swap massage and meet new members. I am hoping to keep costs down and run in some kind of community centre so would imagine It would only cost between 2-5 Rekies/£ per 2 hour session. I am open to suggestion and happy if anyone would like to help me teach or organise. Please get in touch if you are interested. Hopeful we could start in November? I also thought it could be a good may to increase LETS membership ?
Yoga and Reflexolgy I am a fully qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Reflexologist, with 20 years teaching experience. I specialise in teaching yoga to people with long term conditions and disabilities. I can offer one-to-one yoga sessions or reflexology from my home studio.

Home made cards I make home made cards for all occasions and am happy to support you with particular requirements. I also knit, make flower badges and lavender wands and sometimes to workshops. For pregnant women I do bellycasting, birth art and blessingway ceremonies.
Personalised designs I'm happy to create personalised posters, birthday cards, flyers, invitations, calendars etc on the computer. I'll send you the electronic file so you can print it off anytime you like. If you like I can also keep the file so I can make small alterations in the future and resend it to you.

(I must admit that I'm a bit out of date with the technology of the last 5 years though with my background I can learn whatever is required very quickly and then teach it.) I can teach individuals, classes, workshops, or I can give lectures. I can do this in your own home or elsewhere.

soundcard for desktop PC Hello all, I have an old (but good)Creative Audigy 2 soundcard if anyone is interested. It's to be installed in a desktop PC - see http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102178 It will only run on Windows XP or earlier (see specs on website). I used it to create MIDI music and it's a good card with good sound quality. Hope I don't have to throw away!

Driving My car (a Meriva) tends to sit unused most of the time while I cycle about town - I can use it to help you with transport needs: you would pay the standard rate for mileage as per the Inland Revenue, and the 'standard' 5R per hour (negotiable).
